Perangsang Selangor has developed a wide-range of fully integrated townships supported by modern infrastructures such as Taman Tun Abdul Razak in Ampang. It is the first ever housing estate that provides a 9-hole golf course complete with a prestigious club house. Currently there are approximately 6,000 acres of land in the new growth area of Batang Berjuntai, Kuala Selangor known as Bestari Jaya which has been planned within the framework of the Special Area Plan (Rancangan Kawasan Khas).
