Kumpulan Perangsang SelangorBerhad (Perangsang Selangor) is the flag-ship of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad(KDEB). KPS undertakes strategic business ventures in the Infrastructure& Utility, Property and Hospitality & Recreation sectors.
With an authorised capital of RM1.0 billion and a paid-up capital of RM431.4 million, KPS was listed on Bursa Malaysia on 22 July 2003.
Infrastructure & Utility
The Infrastructure and Utility sector will be KPS's strategic focus. KPS's participation in the infrastructure sector is through its 20% stake in Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Holdings Sdn Bhd.
Property
KPS has developed a wide-range of fully integrated townships supported by modern infrastructures such as Taman Tun Abdul Razak in Ampang, the jewel of KPS which pioneered the concept of 'resort living within the city'.
Hospitality & Recreation
Over the years, KPS has rapidly gained acknowledgement in the Hospitality and Recreation industry through its chain of impressive business and leisure hotels, golf resorts, and exclusive club facilities.
