As far as the water is concerned, we believe that the referred ‘blue gold’ natural resources should remain in the hands of the Government and managed by the “rakyat’ for the ‘rakyat’. KPS being a Selangor’s State Government Link Company, is well positioned to be a full-fledged water service provider in both upstream and downstream activities.
